Submission Deadline：April 26, 2026 (by 23:59, GMT+8)
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Submission Method
1. All abstracts must be submitted online before the submission deadline.
2. Authors are required to upload both Word and PDF files.
3. After acceptance, presenters must print and bring their posters to the venue and mount them on-site on the day of the conference. Poster specifications are described below.
Abstract Content Requirements
1. Title and abstract text: English only.
2. Author names and affiliations (institutions and/or departments): English only.
3. Word limit: Maximum of 300 words.
4. If the content involves patents or other intellectual property, please carefully consider whether it is appropriate to include such information.
5. Please minimize background descriptions and focus on clearly presenting the research findings of the poster.

Important Notes
1. Please carefully review all submission information before final submission, as the conference program book will be compiled based on the submitted data.
2. Abstracts submitted before the deadline may be revised by re-uploading the updated files prior to the submission deadline.
3. Review results will be announced after the conference via email to award recipients and posted on the official conference website.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
1. Poster Size and Layout
- Poster size: 150 cm (width) × 90 cm (height), landscape orientation.
- Please include the poster title, author names, full institutional affiliations, and full professional titles.
- Your assigned poster number should be clearly indicated in the upper-right corner of the poster.
2. Poster Text and Font Size
- Recommended font sizes:
- Title: 72 pt, bold
- Subtitle: 48 pt
- Section headings: 36 pt, bold
- Main text: 32 pt (recommended not smaller than 24 pt)
- Suggested fonts: DFKai-SB and Times New Roman. Authors may choose other appropriate and legible fonts.
3. Poster Display and Presentation
- Please remember your poster number and inform the registration desk upon arrival. Staff members will guide you to the correct poster board.
- Authors are requested to be present at their posters during the Poster Presentation Session (May 13) to facilitate discussion and exchange with fellow researchers.
